Anne Houwing

Business director.

Floris Parlevliet

CineCrowd's artistic director. He embarked upon this adventure because he had an idea for a short film. A recent graduate from the School of the Arts (HKU), where he won the prize for best student film, he wanted more and he wanted it fast. This eagerness led to the short film "Morgen is Alles Beter" ("Tomorrow Everything will be Better") and to the dawn of CineCrowd.

Jeltje Hillen

Jeltje Hillen is CineCrowd's Head of Projects. Together with Floris and the interns Jeltje oversees the CineCrowd films: she is responsible for finding new projects and for supervising current ones.

Solène Jimenez

Solène works since June 2018 at CineCrowd as a project manager. Together with Floris and Jeltje she advises film-makers in their crowdfunding action. Thanks to different work experiences in her homeland France, but also in Istanbul, in Berlin and now in the Netherlands, she likes consulting film-makers to make their crowdfunding adventure successful.

Roel van de Weijer

CineCrowd's founder and adviser. Crazy about films, he decided to make a short film together with Floris Parlevliet. In the absence of alternative forms of financing, he created CineCrowd.  The short film was indeed made, but even more importantly: CineCrowd has helped to realize over 500 of other productions since then.

Gamila Ylstra

Prior to her work as CEO of Binger Filmlab, Gamila was Head of the Film Department of the Ministry of Culture and project manager FILM at the Ministry of Economic Affairs (1990-1998), Managing Director of Film Investors Netherlands (Fine BV) and Director of TV Programmes of public national broadcaster NPS (1999-2008). Currently, Gamila is board member of the Dutch Cultural Media Fund and of distributor Cinema Delicatessen. She is a member of the supervisory board of Living Media Art (LIMA) and member of the Advisory Board of the Netherlands Film Festival.
